With more than 20 years of dental experience, Dr. Kumaraswamy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their dental care.
He earned his BDS in 2001 and MDS in Prosthodontics in 2006 in India, where he built a career in clinical dentistry and a Professor in a University teaching students Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics l. After moving to Canada, he successfully completed the Canadian dental licensing examinations in 2025 and is now a licensed general dentist practicing in Newfoundland.
Dr. Kumaraswamy believes that every patient is unique. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, explain your options clearly, and create a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. His clinical interests include restorative dentistry, fixed and removable prostheses, implant-supported restorations, and smile aesthetics.
Known for his gentle manner and attention to detail, he strives to make every dental visit a positive and comfortable experience. Building long-term relationships with his patients and earning their trust is what he values most.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and he loves anything connected to aviation. He hopes to earn his private pilot’s licence in the future.
