Vanessa grew up in Conne River, Newfoundland and went to St. Anne’s School from K -12. Now she lives in the Goulds with her boyfriend, where they go for walks, cook, and enjoy their time together.
Vanessa was a very nervous patient growing up and had a horrible childhood experience at the dentist. This inspired her to pursue a career in dental. She hopes to prevent her bad experiences with going to the dentist by carefully explaining and going through everything with her patients. She wants to ensure they are in great hands and that they can trust her to listen to their needs and concerns if they are in any discomfort throughout their procedure. Vanessa worked a total of 12 weeks on her work term and is excited to gain more work experience here at Wade Abbott Dentistry and Associates.
